Products Description

Diaphragm active unwinding,

Through the tension mechanism, the laminating table is introduced; The laminating table drives the diaphragm to move backwards and forwards to place the pole plate; The positive/negative plates are stacked first, and the positive and negative plates are removed from the two material boxes on the left by two sets of manipulator suckers, and then stacked on the stack table after precise positioning; After the lamination is completed, the diaphragm is cut off, and the battery cell is transferred to the gluing position by the manipulator; Automatic gluing; At the same time start the automatic lamination of the next cell.
